      Electronic level control, controllers & relays

      Condor offers ideal solutions for level control: Whether electronic one or two-pump control for filling or emptying a container, with integral relative pressure sensor, electronic level controller for all measuring ranges from 0.1 to 2 m, or level monitoring relays for filling level monitoring using two or three electrodes.

      Stainless steel level sensors

      With ceramic measuring cell, screened cable and a specially developed stainless steel housing, Condor offers a precision filling level sensor for a wide range of applications, e.g. wastewater. A particularly large membrane makes this sensor insensitive to contamination. The screened cable protects the output signal (4...20 mA) from electromagnetic interference.

      Float switch with digital measuring method

      Regardless of whether pumps for filling or emptying are required, there is a suitable version of Condor's PSN float switch for every application scenario. Highly flexible connecting cables acc. to VDE 282 T 4 or HDF 22.4 S3 ensure a long service life. A metallic screen connected to the cable's safety earth provides additional protection from impermissible contact voltages.

      Pressure switches

      Apart from our controllers and level measuring devices, we also offer a wide range of pressure switches with many different membrane versions, coupling materials and high IP protection, such as the MDR 5 high-performance pressure switch with protection mode IP65. Optionally available with a pressure connector of stainless steel, brass or steel (galvanised), depending on the application.

      Pump controllers

      With a high-grade and comprehensive basic configuration, the compact CPS-B1-SA controller with soft start is designed for the automatic control of a pump. The soft start permits stepless starting, thereby ensuring gentle and material-conserving operation. Apart from numerous standardised controls, we offer individually matched control solutions for a wide range of applications. We show solution options and provide customised all-inclusive answers.

      Wherever no connection to a large municipal sewage plant is possible, small plants are used for decentralised sewage treatment. Efficient technology for small private sewage treatment systems allows a high cleaning performance to be achieved. We supply the matching control electronics for many different small sewage treatment plant types such as SBR, SSB, biological filter, fixed bed and membrane systems.

      Controls for riding ground irrigation

      High demands are placed on the condition of riding grounds not just during daily training, but also for national and international equestrian tournaments. With riding ground controls from Condor, including the ENS precision level sensor and in combination with the "ebb and flow system", an optimum and balanced ground moisture can be obtained. The uniform ground conditions obtained in this way are beneficial for rider and horse – during intensive tournaments as well as training. By means of compensating shafts, the system keeps the water level in the riding ground's subsoil by adding or pumping out water.

Special requirements are placed on the control sequence for these products. For example, the sensors not only detect water level, but also the thickness of an oil, gasoline or diesel fuel layer (or grease layer in the gastronomy sector).
