MDR 1
To determine the pump or compressor run-time, the MDR 1 can be fitted/retro-fitted with an (optional) operating hours counter. The operating hours counter is available as a kit, and can be mounted to the cover in 4 different positions at 90° intervals. This ensures optimum readability. The kit consists of an operating hours counter for 230 V, and a perforated MDR 1 cover with/without On/Off switch. The MDR 1 is fitted as standard with the possibility for pressure difference adjustment. Two adjusting screws permit switching point and hysteresis to be adjusted, whereby the cut-out point is first adjusted via the main pressure spring and then the cut-in point via the pressure difference setting. By selecting a pair of values for cut-in and cut-out pressures, an intersection point is determined in the diagram. If the point lies within the shaded area, this pair of values can be adjusted on the pressure switch. If the point lies outside the shaded area, this pair of values cannot be adjusted on the pressure switch. Example: MDR 1/11 with pressure difference adjustment. With a selected cut-in pressure of 4 bar, the cut-out pressure can be specified and adjusted between 5, 4 and 8 bar using the pressure difference adjustment.
MDR 2
The Condor pressure switches of the MDR F series are universally applicable and can be used as follows: monitoring and controlling the pressure of liquids and gases in pipelines, tanks, pressure vessels, and equipment. Tasks in process control, cooling and compressed air technology, as well as hydraulic applications. Pressure monitoring of cooling and lubrication systems of various machines. Automatic switching of compressor and pump motors, e.g. for water supply, auxiliary pumps, fire extinguishing systems, and compressed air systems.
MDR 3
Its robust and hard-wearing design ensures a long service life, also under high loads. The MDR-3 pressure switch is fitted as standard with the possibility for pressure difference adjustment. Two adjusting screws permit switching point and hysteresis to be adjusted, whereby the cut-out point is first adjusted via the main pressure spring, and then the cut-in point via the pressure difference setting. The MDR-4S pressure switch is fitted as standard with the possibility for pressure difference adjustment. Two adjusting screws permit switching point and hysteresis to be adjusted, whereby the cut-out point is first adjusted via the main pressure spring and then the cut-in point via the pressure difference setting. By selecting a pair of values for cut-in and cut-out pressures, an intersection point is determined in the diagram. If the point lies within the shaded area, this pair of values can be adjusted on the pressure switch. If the point lies outside the shaded area, this pair of values cannot be adjusted on the pressure switch.
MDR 5
Its robust and hard-wearing design ensures a long service life, also under high loads. Applications, e.g. in pump shafts, domestic water systems with stainless steel pump, etc. The MDR-5 pressure switch is fitted as standard with the possibility for pressure difference adjustment. A handwheel permits switching point and hysteresis to be adjusted, whereby the cut-out pressure is adjusted with the handwheel in the upper position (the spindle also turns). By selecting a pair of values for cut-in and cut-out pressures, an intersection point is determined in the diagram. If the point lies within the shaded area, this pair of values can be adjusted (without tools) on the pressure switch. If the point lies outside the shaded area, this pair of values cannot be adjusted on the pressure switch.
MDR 8
Used as high-performance pressure switch for direct operation of motors, for price-sensitive applications with limited installation space. Thanks to its compact design and fixed pressure setting, the patented mechanical mini pressure switch MDR-8 with NC contact is the ideal choice for series production.Thanks to its compact design and the fixed pressure setting, the pressure switch MDR-8 is ideally suited for series production and therefore particularly for industrial customers. Depending on application, various versions are available:
- standard (MDR-8 Standard)
- with On/Off switch (MDR-8-EA)
- with On/Off switch + pressure relief valve (MDR-8-EA/EV).
Control pressure switch MDR 21
The high-performance pressure switch for the North American market - for switching motors (compressors and pumps), available in various versions and with optional accessories. The pressure switch MDR 21 has been certified by the KEMA KEUR Test and Certification Institute, and also acc. to UL and CSA standards. The lateral cable entry provides a larger connecting compartment.
MDR 2i
The electronic pressure switch is suitable for a wide range of industrial and technical processes, e.g. for pressure monitoring and control of compressors and pumps, in mechanical engineering and in plant construction. The MDR-2i is fitted with a coupling for an external pressure relief valve and a 3-digit LCD display with various functions such as e.g. operating hours counter, alarm output, etc. Optionally, the pressure switch can be fitted with an (integral) pressure relief valve.
